Red Stapler Program
Chrysalis provides the fertile soil for emerging business ideas from within.
The Red Stapler Program is our internal incubator, where entrepreneurial ideas championed by our employees are planned, pitched, then diligently evaluated through a series of checkpoints. If successful, Chrysalis invests within our means and helps steward the founders.
To date, two of our companies – Cova and Ready have emerged into our ecosystem from our Red Stapler Program.
Emergence
Chrysalis began as iQmetrix in 1999 as one of the few SaaS companies, founded on the belief that anything is possible - the best products will rise from unbridled ideas when people are able to bring their best selves to the fore. And with that philosophy, we’ve not only become North America’s leading provider of retail management solutions, but we’ve built a culture that inspires individual creativity.
From this philosophy grew iQmetrix Global, an entity which allowed iQmetrix and other companies to bud and grow under the same founding belief.
True to our founding principles, we have emerged as Chrysalis, a meta-company that operates as a self-organizing ecosystem of networked companies, including iQmetrix.
