Realizing in his youth that he didn’t thrive in traditional organizational structures, Christopher Krywulak envisioned an environment where people could be more self-directed, where business could be highly successful and entrepreneurial if done differently, more humanely.

From that vision over 20 years ago, our companies and products have emerged - each built on the founding belief that the best solutions will rise from doing business in a non-traditional way where people, teams, and companies are able to bring themselves to the fore. Central to our philosophy is self-organization.
